We
can install a fully-fitted carkit in your car. UK Customers can
either bring their car to one of our 50 UK installations centres,
or we can send an engineer direct to your door, for an additional
charge of £50.
All
CPW Installations Engineers must pass a stringent course before
installing carkits. This involves a rigorous 8-week residential
course, and ongoing training.

If
I decide to have a fitted carkit, will my car be damaged?
I've heard that fitting a hands-free car kit will void my car manufacturer
warranty.
If bought with a dashboard mount bracket, no damage will be done to
the fascia of the vehicle. The carkit can be removed if the car is
to be sold, leaving no marks. None of our installations affects car
manufacturer warranties. Please ask for a dashmount bracket when ordering
your carkit. Costs for dashmount brackets differ depending on the
car, but an average cost is £15.

What
does a fitted carkit consist of?
The
carkit consists of the following:
Junction box (this is fitted out of sight)
Phone cradle
Microphone
Aerial
Speaker (unless sound is routed through your stereo; see below)
Can
I have the sound routed through my stereo?
Yes, if bought with a stereo lead. This is especially recommended
if you are doing a lot of motorway driving as the sound quality
and volume will be louder. Also, on most models, the stereo will
automatically cut out when your phone rings, and will return once
you hang up. Costs for stereo leads differ depending on the car.
